Whole Chicken or Whole Leg of
Lamb carefully marinted for 20 hours
in a blend of a dozen herbs and spices.
Very slow cooking follows for about 8 hours,
soaking at intervals with the frehly ground spices. The slow
cooking with the marination mixes the flavours to create an
enchanting experience that your tate buds will love. These dishes
include mixed vegetables curry, mushroom bhaji,
2 pilau rice, 2 nan bread with salad. (A good
